Starting Thursday, March 1, 2012, Miamians will be able to catch a free ride on the city's new trolleys. A new trolley service provided by the City of Miami started running in the courthouse and hospital district Thursday, March 1st, 2012. The free trolley service route will pass along sites including Jackson Memorial, University of Miami’s Miller School of Medicine, Biomedical Research Institute and Hospital, the courthouse, Marlins Stadium, and others health district, the courthouse, and down to the Marlins stadium.
The service will run approximately every 15 minutes from 6:30 a.m. to 11 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
